This challenge may take the form of a simple complaint, objection, or even an appeal (complaint). <\/p><p>The challenge must be submitted in writing, with your name and signature, to the PASS Agency via form E43-1 &#8220;Submission of a Challenge&#8221;, which is available on the Agency&#8217;s website. It must also be fully and clearly documented. <\/p><p>If the dispute comes from a certification candidate and concerns the result of the certification examination in which he\/she participated, this person should contact the person in charge of the certified examination center of the Agency in which he\/she was examined, in order to initiate the process of submitting the dispute of the result. The submission is made by completing the form E43-2 \u201cSubmission of Result Dispute\u201d, which is provided to the person by the person in charge of the examination center.
