Terms of Use of the PASS-PORT Certificate

  1. This PASS-PORT Certificate of Knowledge of Computer Science or Computer Handling (Basic Level) and valid photocopies thereof, may be used as official evidence of knowledge certification only for the subjects listed therein.
  2. This Certificate may be presented as proof of certification only for the subjects listed therein and only upon request.
  3. The holder of the Certificate may declare its possession and display it only for the subjects listed therein.
  4. The holder of the Certificate must not use it in a misleading or irregular manner.
  5. The holder of the Certificate must not declare anything related to the specific certification that may be considered misleading.
  6. The Certificate Holder must immediately inform PASS of any matters that may affect its ability to continue to meet the requirements of the certification.
  7. The Certificate Holder must immediately cease all use and reference to it, if it has been revoked or withdrawn for any reason.
  8. The Certificate Holder must immediately return to PASS any certification documents related to the revoked or withdrawn certificate, including the certificate itself.
  9. The validity period of this Certificate is five years, in accordance with its ELOT EN ISO/IEC 17024 accredited status.

Terms of Use of the PASS-PARTOUT

  1. This Certificate of Specialized Professional Knowledge – PASS-PARTOUT
    and valid photocopies thereof, may be used as official evidence of knowledge certification only for the subjects listed therein.
  2. This Certificate does not constitute a license for the legal practice of the certified profession and its holder is not granted professional rights herewith, unless this is provided for by relevant legislative, regulatory or administrative provisions.
  3. This Certificate may be presented as proof of knowledge only for the subjects listed therein and only upon request.
  4. The holder of the Certificate may declare its possession and display it only for the subjects listed therein.
  5. The holder of the Certificate must not use it in a misleading or irregular manner.
  6. The holder of the Certificate must not declare anything related to the specific certification that may be considered misleading.
  7. The Certificate Holder must immediately inform PASS of any matters that may affect its ability to continue to meet the requirements of the certification.
  8. The Certificate Holder must immediately cease all use and reference to it, if it has been revoked or withdrawn for any reason.
  9. The Certificate Holder must immediately return to PASS any certification documents related to the revoked or withdrawn certificate, including the certificate itself.
  10. The validity period of this Certificate is five years, in accordance with its ELOT EN ISO/IEC 17024 accredited status.

  1. This Certificate of Knowledge of Computer Science or Computer Operation (Basic Level) PASS-PORT and valid photocopies thereof may be used as official evidence of knowledge certification only for the subjects listed therein.
  2. This Certificate may be displayed as evidence of knowledge certification only for the subjects listed therein and only upon relevant request.
  3. The holder of the Certificate may declare its possession and display it only for the subjects listed therein.
  4. The holder of the Certificate must not use it in a misleading or irregular manner.
  5. The Certificate holder must not state anything related to the specific certification that may be considered misleading.
  6. The Certificate holder must immediately cease all use and reference to it, if it has been revoked or withdrawn for any reason.
  7. The Certificate holder must immediately return to PASS any certification documents related to the certificate under revocation or withdrawal, including the certificate itself.
  8. This certificate is accepted for recruitment to the Greek State through the procedures established by the State and, in accordance with Law L. 4283/2014 (Government Gazette 189/A’/10-09-2014), its validity is indefinite.
