Complaints – Objections
Any interested party may exercise the right to challenge the PASS Agency’s policy and procedures developed and implemented in accordance with national and international quality standards related to the certification of persons. This challenge may take the form of a simple complaint, objection, or even an appeal (complaint).
The challenge must be submitted in writing, with your name and signature, to the PASS Agency via form E43-1 “Submission of a Challenge”, which is available on the Agency’s website. It must also be fully and clearly documented.
If the dispute comes from a certification candidate and concerns the result of the certification examination in which he/she participated, this person should contact the person in charge of the certified examination center of the Agency in which he/she was examined, in order to initiate the process of submitting the dispute of the result. The submission is made by completing the form E43-2 “Submission of Result Dispute”, which is provided to the person by the person in charge of the examination center. The completed form is forwarded by the person in charge of the examination center to the PASS Agency for processing.
Subsequently, the Body undertakes to verify the interested party’s challenge, acting in accordance with the procedures it has established, during which it may need to be called to provide necessary information, and must inform it of the progress of the procedure and its final outcome as soon as possible after the completion of the work.
